Operation Achieve Anything: Day One, Dateline 1-1-2018

“Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”

— Martin Lither King

As I said in last night's midnight post, this year, I will be working through the self-help book Achieve Anything In Just One Year for my new challenge, Operation Achieve Anything. This will take the place of my Daily Breaker posts since I plan to use this new challenge to provide structure to my daily ramblings to no one.

Though I plan to mainly focus on the daily tasks that the book assigns to me, I also plan to add a few tidbits about my personal life in order to keep this segment a journaling venture while also following the book's plan. Sorry if today comes off a little rushed, as I was up until 9:30 in the AM thanks to the poor planning of my New Year's drinking and am not too hung over to fully focus but it's also too late in the day to sleep it off.

Luckily, today's assignment is pretty simple since all the book asks is that I buy a new notebook to jot down all of my new ideas. I say this challenge is done and done since I already always have paper around to write down any ideas since they come to me randomly and often.

That's it, that's all I've got for today, and far as Operation Achieve Anything goes. For this challenge, I plan to be pretty vague as far as the theories and concepts behind each daily assignment and focus on the actions that I actually do in order to avoid plagiarism and/or ruin any reason why you might want to buy the book on your own since I have no plans to steal the author's thunder.

As always, I'll check in tomorrow with another update on my progress. Until then, it's now that time to say good day and good luck to you and all of your projects.

Talk to you soon.

Sincerely,

The Wicker Breaker

P.S. Below are links to my novel, which I plan to promote as part of Operation Achieve Anything, as well as a link to where you can buy the book that is providing the structure to this project in case you would like to purchase it in order to play along.
